The Rules of Using Cric Logic

1) Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Cric Logic (the “Site”), using the Learning Hub, or taking the quiz, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to join the community. Content is “India-ready” but useful globally. You are responsible for complying with local laws and platform rules.

3) Education-Only Use

Cric Logic provides educational material on sports strategy. We do not provide betting picks, gambling tips, investment, or financial advice. All content is for learning purposes only and should not be used to make real-money decisions.

5) Quiz, Scoring & Community Access

• The quiz contains 50+ multiple-choice questions. You see only your score; correct answers are not revealed.
• Community access requires a score of 85%+, plus emailing your Discord username for verification.
• We may request proof of score (e.g., screenshot) and may deny access for integrity or safety concerns.
• Scores are stored locally on your device unless you choose to share them with us via email. See Privacy Policy.

6) Community Conduct

• Be respectful. No harassment, hate speech, spam, or illegal activity.
• Share reasoning and learning, not answer keys or “picks”.
• Keep DMs consent-based. Report issues to moderators.
• We may suspend or remove access for violations at our discretion.

7) Discord & Verification

To join the community you must provide your exact Discord username for verification. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and following Discord’s terms. We may remove access if your username or identity cannot be verified.

8) Intellectual Property

All Site content—including text, graphics, logos, and modules—is owned by Cric Logic or its licensors and protected by applicable IP laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial learning.

9) User-Generated Content

By posting in the community, you grant Cric Logic a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and re-share your content within the community for educational purposes. You are responsible for your posts and must have the rights to share them.

10) Takedown Requests

If you believe content infringes your rights, email support@criclogic.space with details (link, description, proof of ownership). We will review and act in good faith.
